When it comes to the often drowning subject of Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao, rumors are and have always been plentiful. The latest rumor, if true, could turn out to be helpful in getting the boxing match we all want, made.
Apparently social media has been a buzz surrounding the latest rumor in which (if to be believed) Mayweather directly called Pacquiao on Sunday. Now that can only be a good thing... unless Mayweather was calling Pacquiao just to telling him to "F*ck-off"... which lets face it, is highly unlikely. One can only imagine Mayweather didn't call Pacquiao to talk about the weather and the Super Bowl... but to discuss their possible fight.
So far neither side has commented on this latest rumor. The best we can all do, as we have been for years is... keep our fingers crossed.
I feel Mayweather vs. Pacquiao will happen... but on May 2nd?
That I am not so sure of. Again, all I can do (all any of us can do) is keep the fingers crossed and hope for the best.
