Most of us figured out years ago that a match pitting Floyd "Money" Mayweather Jr. vs. Manny Pacquiao was never going to come off. It became a lesson to all boxing fans how rival promotional companies can not work together. For all reasonable thinkers, the thought of Mayweather vs. Pacquiao became mute many Moons ago, and even if the Sun was to come up and shine on this match now... it means pretty much nothing. It's no longer a dream fight, just a fading nightmare in which fans were treated unfairly.
At least now, both sides of the equation are coming forward in basically stating the fight will never happen.
Recently quoted on WBN (A link provided to this website can be found below), Pacquiao's advisor Michael Koncz stated in regards to a Money vs. Pacman mythical fight:
"I personally do not see the fight between Floyd and Manny happening."
not to sound disrespectful to Mr. Koncz, but I feel like saying "No Sh!t Sherlock!"
