Floyd "Money" Mayweather Jr. has one thing less to worry about these days, as lawsuit stemming back from an gun fire incident in '09 will not being going to trail. "Money" Mayweather was accused of being the mastermind behind a Las Vegas Skate Center shooting that left no one injured but a bullet riddled car.

According to media reports, the case was set to go to trail July 1st but is now cancelled.

Clark County District Court records indicate that Lawyers representing Quincey Williams and Damien Bland (who previously accused Mayweather of being involved in the shooting of the vehicle they sat parked in) sought dismissal earlier this month of the civil lawsuit they filed vs. Mayweather.

Mayweather was NEVER charged by Police in the case.

Mayweather will pay for his own legal defense.
