Pacquiao was asked who he wanted the most.

When asked who Pacquiao wants to face? Pacman stated: "The fight people ask me the most about is Floyd Mayweather Jr."

Pacquiao went on to add to the publication: " I think it would be a good fight and it certainly seems to be the fight fans want most."

With fans still interested, and Pacquiao willing... what's the hold up? Pacquiao lays the blame on Mayweather for being interested in anything but him.

"But it takes two to make a fight," stated Pacquiao, adding: "Right now Floyd seems more interested in anything but fighting me. "
