Amir Khan pulled off an impressive victory over Devon Alexander on Saturday. After 12 rounds of action, all 3 judges scored in favor of Khan by wide margins (119-109, 118-110, 120-108). After a strong performance, the future is looking bright for Khan. 3 names that keep popping up for Khan are Manny Pacquiao, Floyd Mayweather and Kell Brook. So what is Khan thinking? Read on...
Talking on Radio (BBC Radio Five Live), Khan named Mayweather and then Pacquiao, stating: "
'If Mayweather doesn't happen, Manny Pacquiao is a great name. Regarding Pacquiao, Khan added: "'We trained together, there's a great story line there."
So what about Kell Brook? Unlike Mayweather and Pacquiao, a Brook fight is more of a UK demand, not a global one. That being said, Brook is something down the road and certainly not off the table.
Regarding Brook, Khan stated:
With Kell Brook, that fight will always be there but at the moment I want to catch the right guys because how long are they going to be in boxing for? They're at the top of their game."
