Doghouse Boxing - Saul Alvarez is set to take on Matthew Hatton this coming March 5th at the Honda Center in Anaheim, CA. Both men are two boxers you want to keep an eye out for, so it should make for an interesting clash. Ahead of the fight, Alvarez was recently quoted by Gabriel Montoya of MaxBoxing.

In regards to who is the one fighter in the history of boxing Alvarez would like to face, his choice was Manny Pacquiao. When asked: "If you could fight one person in the history of boxing, who would it be and why?"

Without blinking an eye, Alvarez stated: "Manny Pacquiao."

Alvarez went on to explain why, stating: "He's the top fighter right now. You've got to recognize and appreciate that. He's beat so many of my (Mexican) countrymen. Sooner or later, someone is going to catch him and I think I can be the one to catch him and beat him."
