Manny Pacquiao says he hurt his hand on Juan Manuel Marquez - Boxing News

An a recent press conference to help hype Juan Manuel Marquez vs Manny Pacquiao II set for next Saturday, March 15 at the Mandalay Bay live on HBO Pay Per View, Pacquiao was on hand and answered many questions posed to him by the media.

One fo the first questions asked to Pacquiao was in regards to his first fight with Marquez. Pacquiao was asked if he could describe with his thoughts as he saw Marquez go down for the third time in the first round, did he
believe he had finished off Marquez, and what was he thinking as the rounds wore on and he couldn't get rid of him?

Manny Pacquiao answerd the question with: "Well, the first fight is when I dropped him three times and the second time I hurt my left hand. In that third knock down I thought that the fight is over."

Pacquiao added: "He is a tough fighter and very strong so I have a lot of respect for him and I won’t underestimate in this fight."
