Floyd Mayweather and Leonard Ellerbe Breakup?! The truth is "This is a bunch of bullsh!t"

Did Floyd "Money" Mayweather Jr. and his longtime advisor Leonard Ellerbe part ways? Late yesterday boxing website Fightnews reported that "Money" Mayweather and Ellerbe had split ways, but this turns out not to be the case at all.

According to Fightnews, the information about the breakup came from several sources. Apprently these "sources" got it wrong.

Ellerbe has denied the Fightnews report, telling the website: “This is a bunch of bullshit! It’s business as usual with Team Mayweather."

Steve Kim of MaxBoxing, had a humorous statement in his latest column over the whole ordeal. Kim did not believe "Money" Mayweather and Ellerbe had split, writing in his column: " Say it ain’t so! Leonard Ellerbe no longer with Team Mayweather?! I don’t believe it. Besides, who else is going to pick up his dry cleaning and whisper sweet nothings in his ear as he walks into the ring?"
