Boxing Legend on Why Amir Khan must stick with Freddie Roach

By Johnny Benz, Doghouse Boxing. - In a recent article by Boxing legend, Barry McGuigan for the Mirror (a media publication based in the U.K.), the retired boxer spoke out on why he feels Amir Khan should stick with his trainer, Freddie Roach. McGuigan feels it would be a big mistake for Khan to leave Roach after his latest defeat to Danny Garcia.

McGuigan wrote in his column: "Khan would be making a huge mistake if he were to compound the errors he made in the ring last week by leaving Freddie Roach. Khan’s indiscipline has cost him once."

Barry McGuigan went on to add: "It would be catastrophic were he to behave impulsively in making his next move, which in the context of the defeat to Danny Garcia is the most important of his career."
