Amir Khan in the Big Cover Story on Floyd Mayweather Jr, Ricky Hatton and More

In the latest edition of "Seen Sport Magazine", Amir Khan is the big cover story. Khan hits on many topics in the interview, including that he believes he could be recognized as the pound for pound best by defeating Floyd "Money" Mayweather Jr., something fellow Brit Ricky Hatton failed to do.

Khan who wants a fight with "Money" Mayweather, and has said so pretty often in the last couple of months, is quoted by the Magazine as saying: "If you want to be the best fighter in the world you have to fight the best in the world and I think it’s a fight people want to see."

Khan goes on to add: "Because you know, Ricky Hatton failed when he fought for the pound for pound title and I'm sure that I can go there and become the pound for pound fighter in the world, the best fighter and bring that title back to England."

My opinions: A heck of a lot of people consider Manny Pacquiao the Pound for Pound King, and seeing how Roach trains both Pacman and Khan... I doubt that fight will ever happen. And yes people probably would like to see Khan face Mayweather (I agree with Khan there), but certainly not before the fight everyone wants to see... Manny Pacquiao vs. Floyd "Money" Mayweather Jr.
