Rapper Rick Ross and Roy Jones Jr both fighting Cancer

Popular website AllHipHop.com is reporting that Florida native and rapper Rick Ross will be on hand to accompany Roy Jones Jr. into the boxing ring this Saturday (Jan 19) when Jones Jr. takes on Felix "Tito" Trinidad at Madison Square Gardens, New York. (You can catch it on HBO-PPV).

AllHipHop.com further reports that Ross and Jones Jr. have teamed to help raise funds for the Susan G. Komen Foundation to help in the combat against Cancer. The Foundation is the world’s largest grassroots network of
breast cancer survivors and activists.

Quoted by AllHipHop.com, Jones Jr. stated: "I mentioned to Don (King) that we should try to do something to help, and like everything else he has taken the ball and is running with it."

Jones added: "I’m so happy to be able to help in any way I can to KO cancer. This is a fight that will never end until we conquer this disease that has taken so much from so many."
