Tonight on HBO Pay-Per-View, Roy Jones Jr. truly did turn back the clock with a stunning points win over Felix "Tito" Trinidad. At times the action was furious and brilliant, with both fighters giving fans their money.

At first the fight seemed like it could get dull but things started heating up. Midway through round seven Jones Jr. landed a stunning overhand right that laced Trinidad to the canvas. Trinidad would beat the count of ten and make it out of the round. It would be midway though the fight that the old Jones Jr. really showed up. Lightening
reflexes, crisp solid punches and footwork worthy of the Jones Jr. of old.

Round 10 in the closing seconds saw Jones Jr. deck Trinidad again. Using speed and pressure and connecting with combinations, Jones managed to befuddle Trinidad, sending Trinidad to the canvas. Once again Trinidad would beat the count, but the momentum was claerly in favor of Jones Jr.

To Trinidad's credit, he gave a solid performance and kept up with the pace, it was however Jones Jr's night to shine.

After the fight all judges favored Roy Jones Jr. by wide margins

The judges' scorecards:
Tommy Kaczmarek 116-110
Julie Lederman 117-109
Nelson Vazquez 116-110.
