A recent article by sportinglife.com reports that both Roy Jones Jr. and Clinton Woods are expressing interest in a rematch against one another. Jones Jr. fought and stopped Woods in six rounds back in 2002.

Woods must first get through Antonio Tarver. The two are set to face off in Florida on April 12 and Jones Jr. feels Woods will defeat Tarver.

Quoted on Sportinglife, Jones Jr. stated: "Clinton should win if he applies the pressure from early on."

Jones Jr. then went on to diss Tarver for being weak-minded, something Jones Jr. feels Woods will be able to take advantage of.

Jones Jr. stated: "Tarver is essentially weak-minded and he gets nervous. He is mentally not the strongest person in boxing and this will be to Woods' advantage.

Jones Jr. expressed his interest in fighting Woods by saying: "I think Clinton will win and then he can fight me."
