Oscar De La Hoya has Documents proving Photos of him in Drag are Fake

Milana Dravnel, the New York City stripper who recently created a stir by claims she had photographed Oscar De La Hoya in drag. Dravnel has recently signed a legal agreement stating that the images had been stole from her camera and had then been "altered" by an unnamed third party.

The September 23 document, was signed by Dravnel, and De La Hoya's attorney. The agreement states that after the photos appeared over the internet, Dravnel approached De La Hoya's people to advise them of her
plans to recant prior statements claiming the authenticity of the pictures of De La Hoya dressed in Drag.

According to a report on the SmokingGun.com and substantiate in the legal documents, Dravnel was not be paid for signing the documents and De La Hoya agreed to help her against legal fees that could occur from future lawsuit brought by a third party.

De La Hoya also agreed that he would not sue Dravnel over the doctored pictures.

A copy of the document was filed in court this week by De La Hoya's
lawyers.
