In a highly anticipated match up, Shane Mosley will face off against Miguel Cotto this Saturday on HBO. When Mosley enters the ring on Saturday, he will do so dedicating his efforts to the late great Diego Corrales. Both Shane and his wife Jin were very close friends with Corrales, and like the rest of the boxing world were shocked at the untimely death of Diego who died earlier this year when he crashed his motorcycle.

Quote on Sporting Life UK, Mosely stated: "I know it's going to be a war in there so I'm going to have Diego Corrales in
there, on my shorts, in a legendary building, Madison Square Garden, fighting in that big arena."

In regards to his fight with Cotto, Mosley stated he was excited and could not wait to get into the ring.

"This is a history-making fight and I just can't wait to get in there.

"I wish I could fight right now I'm so excited, it's going to be electrifying, there's going to be fireworks everywhere."

Mosley is not over looking Cotto, telling the publication: "He's a young, strong, hungry world champion.

"He's not somebody I'm just going to get into the ring to play pat-a-cake with. We're going to do some business in there and see who is the best fighter.

Mosley added he had respect for the Puerto Rican fighter, saying: "I definitely respect Cotto for wanting this fight, for wanting to put his
skills and talent on the line."
