By Johnny Benz, Doghouse Boxing. Some things are just way too good to pass up, like legendary boxer, Bernard Hopkins giving his thoughts on "The Pacqui-OUCH!", plus his views on Floyd Mayweather Jr. Check out this brand new ESPN (video) interview with Hopkins embedded on this page here at Doghouse Boxing. Earlier this week, Hopkins sat down with the hosts of ESPN'S "First Take".

Video interview description: Earlier this week Hopkins turned 48 years of age, and while he could be out partying, Hopkins instead took some time out to talk boxing with ESPN hosts, Skip Bayless, Stephen A. Smith and Cari Champion. During the interview, Hopkins goes in-depth on Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather.

Hopkins is asked: What is the impact of Manny Pacquiao being knocked out by Juan Manuel Marquez? Can Pacquiao ever recover from such a knock-out? Hopkins is blunt, says that one fight was took a toll of 10 fights on Pacquiao. Hopkins states: "The way Pacquiao got hit, he was knocked out before he hit the canvass... that was10 fights that night for him" and "The way he got knocked out is hard to recover from". When asked if Pacquiao will now ever face Floyd Mayweather Jr.? Hopkins states: "Who cares... it would be an easy pay day for Mayweather". During the interview, of course Skip Bayless and Stephen A. Smith start screaming at each other (classic) and Hopkins offers to promote their fight! There is so much talk in this interview related to Pacquiao, Mayweather and much more. Press play and check it all out.
