Floyd Mayweather not going to Jail, but Friend is - Will Serve Prison time over shooting

By Johnny Benz, Doghouse Boxing. - Floyd Mayweather Jr's alleged friend, Ocie Harris is headed to jail for 2 to 5 years for his role in a shooting at two men. The ruling came on Tuesday.

The shooting occurred in '09 after an argument ensued with Floyd Mayweather at a Vegas skate center. Neither of the two men were injured in the shooting.

The prosecutor on the case argued unsuccessfully that Harris had no reason to shoot at the men other than one of the men had argued with Mayweather.

Mayweather was never charged over the incident and Harris has never implicated Mayweather in the shooting. Because of this (Harris not implicating Mayweather), the prosecutor could not pin anything on Mayweather.
