By Johnny Benz, Doghouse Boxing. In Boxing action on Saturday night at the Centro Expositor de la Angelopolis in Puebla, Mexico, Samuel Gutierrez defeated Edgar Martinez. Gutierrez stopped Martinez in the 3rd round by way of a TKO (technical knockout).

With the win, "Sammy Guty" Gutierrez sees his professional record improve to 33-8-2, with 23 Knockouts. Martinez sees his record drop to 10-7, with 5 Knockouts.

Also on the car, in lightweight action Daniel Echavarria KO6 Orlando Ramos. In featherweight action, Enrique Tinoco DQ5 Carlos Jacobo. Featherweight Giovanni Delgado scored a UD 8 over Miguel Tique.
