Doctors confirm Manny Steward is Alive - Death Reports / Rumors are False

By Johnny Benz, Doghouse Boxing. Reports of Emanuel Steward demise have been greatly exaggerated. Not only is he still alive, but he is recovering from Surgery.

Steward's sister Diane Steward-Jones sent an e-mail to the Detroit Free press confirming that aside from herself and her family, even doctors handling Steward are scoffing at the reports he has died.

Steward-Jones in her e-mail to the Detroit Free Press, regarding their report her Brother had died, stated: "His surgical team just dropped by and scoffed at the reports he is dead."

She clarified that her Brother is still alive and has just getten out of surgery. She added: "At this point, I'm asking EVERYBODY to LEAVE US ALONE so that we can comfort and communicate with Emanuel."

I actually feel horrible for the family. Many of them who were not at the hospital, read the reports of his death on the internet. Many sources went on record stating Steward had passed on. Thankfully these stories have proven to be dreadfully wrong.
