On Saturday night in light-heavyweight boxing action that was featured live on Wealth TV, from the Bell Centre in Montreal, Canada, Lucian Bute defeated Denis Grachev by scoring a unanimous decision over 12 rounds. With the victory, Bute captured the NABF light-heavyweight championship belt.
Judges at ringside scored the bout, 115-113, 118-110 and 116-112.
With the victory, Lucian Bute sees his professional record improve to 31-1 with 24KO. Denis Grachev sees his record drop to 12-1-1 with 8KO.
