Floyd Mayweather Sr., the father of Boxing Superstar Floyd "Money" Mayweather, does not believe for a moment that a fight with his son against Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao will come off. In a recent internet radio interview conducted by "On the Ropes Boxing Radio", Mayweather Sr. made his strong feelings known that he is willing to basically bet the farm that the mega-fight never comes off.
Mayweather told the radio program that: “I bet you he (Pacman) won’t fight my son." Mayweather went on to give his
reason for thinking that way. Mayweather strongly feels that Pacquiao will never submit to the blood and urine testing for performance enhancing drugs that his son is requiring before a fight with Pacquiao can be finalized.
On the radio program, Mayweather, who is highly respected in the Boxing world, gave his reasons why he is betting the fight won't happen, stating: "I bet you he (Pacman) won't take the test (referring to strict drug testing) if he has to fight my son. I bet you he don’t take the test. I guarantee you."
