A documentary entitled "Tyson" is set to debut in France at the Cannes Film Festival. The new documentary about the life of former Heavyweight Champion Mike Tyson, is directed by James Toback. The documentary includes interviews with Tyson that were filmed last year while Tyson was in drug rehab. Also included in the documentary will be fight clips.

Quoted recently in the New York Times, Tyson gave his feelings on the upcoming documentary, admitting he is embarrassed by it. Tyson stated: “I look at it now, and I’m embarrassed I did it. There’s a lot of information people didn’t need to know.”

The documentary will hit on questions that Tyson himself can’t answer. Quoted in the New York Times, Tyson states he doesn't know himself who he is, and further details how extensive his abuse of alcohol and drugs has been.

“I don’t know who I am,” said Tyson, adding: “That might sound stupid. I really have no idea. All my life I’ve been drinking and drugging and partying, and all of a sudden this comes to a stop.”

Tyson has now been clean and sober for the last 15 months.
