Recently quoted in the Daily Star Uk, David Haye who has left the cruiser weight division in favor of becoming a heavyweight, had harsh words for Wladimir Klitschko. Klitschko who recently retained his IBF, WBO and IBO titles by stopping Tony Thompson in the 11th round, failed to impress Haye.

Haye quoted by the Daily Star blasted Klitschko over his fighting sytle, stating the Ukrainian born fighter has no defense and would be knocked out early if they fought one another. Haye stated: “Klitschko doesn’t have a defense. All he did was hold and use a pawing job and throw a right hand."

Haye went on to add: “You can’t teach an old dog new tricks and if he fights me the way he fought Thompson, he will get knocked out in three rounds. My ideal opponent is Wladimir Klitschko. He’s like Alexander Gurov, who I knocked spark out. He has got a perfect style for me. Klitschko’s style means there will be a violent knockout when we fight."
