Jose Celaya granted Public Defender over Alleged threats to a Woman

On Wednesday at the Monterey County Courthouse, Jose Celaya, 26, was granted a public defender. Celaya received a public defender in order to help him respond to charges of misdemeanor in regards to alleged threats he made towards a woman in a domestic dispute that occurred earlier in month.

Celaya was arrested and charged with making a threat with great bodily injury to the woman. Celaya was arrested over the incident on July 5.
