As a firestorm brews over the possibility of Oscar De La Hoya fighting his farewell match against Manny Pacquiao, there is at least one person very close to Pacquiao that feels it could be a dangerous fight to take. That person is Pacquiao's wife, Jinkee.

Jinkee feels De La Hoya is too big for her husband and feels De La Hoya could end up hurting her husband badly. These days Pacquiao is fighting at 135 pounds, whereas De La Hoya has fought mostly at 154 to 160 pounds.

Quoted by scribe, Nick Giongco of the Manila Bulletin, Jinkee in regards to a possible fight pitting her husband against De la Hoya stated: "Oscar (De La Hoya) is just too big for him," adding, "Oscar might hurt him badly."

As worried as any wife in her position would be, Jinkee still has complete faith in her man being able to defeat De La Hoya. Jinkee stated: "Manny said he can do it, while Freddie (Roach) is also confident they can pull it off."
