Amir Khan was sent home packing in a mere 54 seconds on Saturday night at the MEN Arena in Manchester, England. 54 seconds is how long it took for unbeaten Colombian Breidis Prescott to knock out Khan.

In the first and only round of the fight, Prescott (20-0, 18 KOs) took Khan (18-1, 14 KOs) down twice. Khan could not beat the ten count the second time he went down.

On the undercard, Alex Arthur lasted much longer than Khan but ended up losing a unanimous 12 round decision to Nicky Cook. With the defeat Arthur loses his WBO junior lightweight crow.

Scores were 115-114, 117-111, and 117-112 all in favor of Cook.
