Lovemore Ndou gets bad Injury - Hatton vs Ndou postponed!

According to a report out by Ray Wheatley for World of Boxing, the November 13th scheduled bout between Mathew Hatton and Lovemore Ndou has been postponed.

The fight is being postponed due to an injury to Ndou. Wheatley reports that Ndou suffered a cut from a clash of heads in sparring. The cut is above Ndou's right eye. The injury occurred on Tuesday in sparring session with Ariel Omongos.

Quoted by Wheatley, Ndou stated he was sorry for the postponment but the injury was a bad one. “I am very disappointed in having the fight postponed," stated Ndou, adding: "...but the cut was bad and over my eye.”

Ndou went on to state that he had been looking forward to fighting Hatton and considered his foe a tough opponent. Ndou hopes the fight will be reschduled to happen sometime in the next 4 to 5 weeks.
