Pacquiao is strongly focues on Cotto and although Pacquiao is not worried about moving up in weight, he is looking at Cotto as his toughest fight to date. "I look at Cotto as my toughest fight," stated Pacquiao, adding: "I'm not
worried about moving up in weight."

Pacquiao went on to discuss his fight with Oscar De La Hoya, noting he had to move up in weight for De La Hoya as well. "I wasn't worried when I accepted the fight with Oscar De La Hoya and I wasn’t worried when I accepted this fight with Cotto."
