Carl Froch who is set to defend his WBC world super-middleweight title in Nashantucket, Connecticut on Saturday against Jermain Taylor, isn't happy with Joe Calzaghe. Calzaghe has predicted that Taylor will have too much skill for Froch. Froch who has tried to land a fight with Calzaghe before Calzaghe retired, is angry at Calzaghe's latest comments.

Quoted by the Daily Star, Froch stated he wasn't surprised of Calzaghe's prediction. Froch then went on to diss Calzaghe for fighting Bernard Hopkins and Roy Jones Jr. in his last fights, two old fighters. “In his final fights he fought a 43-year-old Bernard Hopkins and a 40-year-old Roy Jones Jr," stated Froch.

Froch further dissed Calzaghe for taking easy fights and meeting the canvas in his fights against Jones Jr. and Hopkins: “It was very clever what he did. He fought the so-called big names and got the money in relatively easy fights. But he still managed to get floored twice and get a split decision."
