Oscar De La Hoya Will Comeback To Fight Paul Williams - The Dogs Attack
By Johnny Benz, Benz Report for Doghouse Boxing (June 15, 2009)
Fans aren't totally convinced that Oscar De La Hoya will remain retired from the sport of Boxing. In an interesting thread started by our forum members, they discuss the possibility of Oscar De La Hoya coming out of retirement to face someone like Paul Williams.

Compiled below are a list of responses from our forum members. The thread was started by forum member Emallini, who writes: "Dela Hoya Will Comeback To Fight Paul Williams., It will happen. At 154
Pounds. In a year or so when Williams has built his name up abit more , Oscar will fight him."

Here now are some of the responses to Emallini's thread...

Spike writes in response to Emallini: nothing shocks me in this sport
, what would shock me is if anyone watched it.

Peoria writes: CHAVEZ JR GETS THE OSCAR COMEBACK FIGHT IF HE CAN STAY UNDEFEATED PROBABLY LATE 2010

OSCAR WILL FIGHT AGAIN, WHEN HE REALIZES HIS COMPANY MAKES ALOT MORE MONEY IN THE YEARS IN WHICH HE FIGHTS.

LIKE OR NOT HE STILL OUT DRAWS EVERYONE ON GOLDEN BOY ROSTER

PAUL WILLIAMS AS ZERO CHANCE OF LANDING OSCAR FIGHT

Spike in response to Peoria, writes: im not sure if thats still true, i have to think even oscar will lose his status after his recent performances
, i mean it took a while but even tyson followers woke up after a while.

MannyP4P1 in response to Emallini's thread, writes: if thats true, that would be an even bigger mistake DLH makes.

Ender in response to Emallini, writes: Pass that over here. You're clearly higher than I am.

Flash in response to Emallini: When pigs fly and monkeys talk!!

JohnDavi writes: I watch ALL of the Williams fights I can, unfortunately they are fewer than I'd prefer. I feel we are observing a very unique boxer in the sport we love so much..... a type that comes along once every 60 years or so like an Armstrong, Pep or Robinson....... not technically necessarily, but uniqueness and impact in the individuals era. Only time will tell for sure if I'm right, but I sure think I am right now closedeyes.gif

Stay tuned folks.

Krisntims writes: dlh aint that stupid.
