Floyd Mayweather Jr vs Juan Mauel Marquez in September

Yesterday Floyd Mayweather Jr vs. Juan Manuel Marquez which was set for July 18th was postponed due to a rib injury that Mayweather Jr. sustained in training. The fight is set to be rescheduled and will possible be held in September according tothe CEO of Golden Boy Promotions.

Quoted in the Grand Rapids Press, Richard Schaefer the CEO of Oscar De La Hoya's Golden Boy Promotions stated he hopes the fight to come off in September. Schaefer stated: "My hope would be to
see if we could do it in September." said , Schaefer.

Schaefer went on to add that he hopes to have a rescheduled fight date by the end of the week. Schaefer stated to the publication: "I think we should know (a new fight date) by the end of the week."
