Boxing Result: Eddie Chambers defeats Alexander Dimitrenko

Saturday in Hamburg, Germany, in a WBO title eliminator, Alexander Dimitrenko gave up his unbeaten record to Eddie Chambers after being outpointed.

According to ringside reports, Chambers forced the fight and became more aggressive as the bout went on. In the 7th round, Chambers landed hard to the body of Dimitrenko. Dimitrenko would take a standing 8 count. Then in the 10th round, Chambers landed a left hook that knocked down Dimitrenko.

In the end, 2 of the three judges had score cards of Two judges had Chambers winning 116-111 and 117-109 . The 3rd judge scored the bout even with 113-113.

Chamber's record improves to Chambers 35-1, 18KOs, while Dimitrenko's record drops to 29-1, 19 KOs.
