HBO's Jon Frankel visits with openly gay boxer Orlando Cruz before Cruz's fight on Friday night vs. Jorge Pazos at the Kissimmee Civic Center in Kissimmee, Florida.

Cruz (18-2, 9 KOs) is a 2000 Olympian from San Juan, Puerto Rico. A win Friday night puts him in line for a world title fight.

The interview will air Tuesday, Oct. 23 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on HBO's Real Sports, which explores the topic of male athletes coming out while still active in sport.
