New photo and quotes from yesterday's Floyd Mayweather Jr. media event for his upcoming battle vs. Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez set for Sept. 4th.
On notion that Canelo will stop him when the two face off, Boxing's pound for pound king Mayweather Jr., had this to say...
"Oscar (De La Hoya) said he was gonna knock me out also. Did you see what happened in that fight? People are entitled to do their opinion. People are going to say what they're going to say. My job is to be the best I can be and continue to do my job. There's a reason I do record-breaking numbers.
Mayweather added:
"My last fight against Guerrero, he thought it was just gonna be easy. A lot of times people, fighters, look from the outside and think to themselves, 'this can't be that difficult,' but once they get inside that squared circle with me it's totally different.''
