The scheduled WBO super flyweight title fight between champion Omar Narvaez (36-1, 19 KOs) and Johnny Garcia (16-3-1, 8 KOs) in Buenas Aires, Argentina this Wednesday (Oct. 17), has been postponed.

  The postponement was due to the death of Narvaez’ father after a long illness.

  As soon as Narvaez heard the news the two-weight champion immediately traveled to his native city of Trelew to be with his family.

  Narvaez vs. Garcia scheduled for Luna Park in Buenos Aires, Argentina will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
