By Tom Gray reporting. Former two time WBO featherweight champion Scott Harrison will return to the ring on December 1st at the Kelvin Hall in Glasgow.
Harrison headlines in his third comeback fight of the year and will
receive strong back up from Michael Roberts, David Brophy, Stephen
Simmons, Ryan Collins and Barry Connell – all top Scottish prospects.
Harrison had been linked to Frank Warren’s huge December 15th show in
London which stars fellow countryman and current WBO lightweight
champion, Ricky Burns, but has elected to remain at home.
In his most recent outings the controversial ex-champion has defeated
Gyorgy Mizsei Jr by fourth round stoppage and bested Joe Elfidh over
the eight round distance.
His opponent on the Alex Morrison promoted show is unknown to this point.
