WBC Interim light welterweight champion, Lucas Matthysse, has two goals: becoming the best P4P boxer in the world and “stealing the Show” on September 14th when he faces WBC Champ Danny Garcia.
The Argentine tough guy takes on Danny Garcia on the undercard of the ppv ‘Super Fight’ between Floyd Mayweather and Saul “Canelo” Alvarez at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas and Matthysse is out to impress.
“I’m the best in the division and by winning this fight I will prove it to the world. I’m also seeking to become the best pound for pound in the world” Matthysse said.
“I have no doubt I can beat Garcia. I’m physically and mentally ready for this. I know Danny is a great fighter but I’m sure I will beat him. And...I hope I can even KO him!
“This is the fight that I’ve been waiting for since long ago and I’m very happy it will finally happen. I always fight my heart out in the ring and this time won’t be any different!”
