Floyd Mayweather Jr., wasted no time calling Zab Judah after his loss as revealed by Wallace Mathews.

In Today's Media WALLACE MATTHEWS, reporter for newsday.com has a column out today in which he reports: The first person to call Zab Judah on Saturday night after he had blown his $5-million showdown against Floyd Mayweather was Mayweather himself, writes Wally Mathews.

Wally goes on to write in his column: Somehow, Mayweather wasn't angry, but supportive. "He said what happened tonight was crazy," Judah said. "He said, 'You fought good. You're still a champ, hold your head up.'"
