By K.Tszyu: October was a very busy month for me but I really enjoyed myself. My new fitness and exercise book/dvd package called “Fighting Fit” was published through Pan Macmillan Australia and I spent time around the country doing many signing's, stage shows and media appearances. I know that when I give quality time, it really makes a difference to people and this is very important for me.. To be able to visit different places around Australia where I have not been before and meet more of you is a great opportunity for me. For the first time I travelled to the northern part of Western Australia up to Port Hedland and Newman and the people were so wonderful.
I received some great feedback about “Fighting Fit” and this is very pleasing. When I was making this package the goal was to have it benefit many and to hear that it is helping people from all walks of life is very satisfying.
The first week of November has seen the release of my new book “Kostya: From Russia With Gloves” published by ABC Books in Australia. This new photo book is more like a coffee table book. It sits perfectly anywhere at home or in the office. It is the sort of book you can take your time reading page by page or flick through to different parts and still enjoy it.
This 192 page book is a combination of easy reading with lots of great photos and I am very pleased with the finished product. A lot of time has gone into making it and unfortunately I could not fit in all of the photos I wanted to put in. There are so many special events and people to remember over the many years of my life. What this book does do is show that my life is not only about boxing. A big part of my life is my family and friends.

I will also be appearing in some more of my live stage shows in different parts of Australia in late November and December and I will let you know the details when they are available.
Over the weekend there were some rumours in the media here in Australia that I have decided to fight again.
The truth is there is no decision on my boxing future yet. There are no time limits and there is no rush. I will make the decision in my own time.
So many people have been loyal to me over the years and I am going to be loyal to the Tszyu Crew. When the day comes that I do make a decision about my boxing career, the Tszyu Crew will be among the first to know.
To show you this, I will give you a scoop that very few people know. I broke my consecutive push-up record this week. For some reason on Tuesday I did 260, ten more than my previous record. I got to my very first record of 170 and realised I still had a lot of energy left. I got to 200 and kept pushing myself. I reached the previous record of 250 and decided to beat it by a few more. Beating the record by two is not good enough for me, so I beat it by ten. I don't know why I did it. It just happened.
Let me finish by saying that I am enjoying my life right now. I am very busy with many different projects, but am making time to exercise every day. I love meeting the Tszyu Crew and look forward to seeing more new faces in November.
