Once again Goodnight Club Fights is bringing the pain with yet another in your face all out Slug Fest that will certainly entertain the on lookers on hand, fury will reign when the local boys and girls sling it out for the title of winner! December 10th at the Howard Johnson Center in Fort Smith, Arkansas eleven scheduled bouts (possibly more) are going to take place for the sheer entertainment of seeing some head pounding action.

In the main event Tawnyah “No Fear” Freeman 5-2 (3 KO’s) will defend her Arkansas State Female Light Welterweight Title against “Bad Bad” Leora Jackson 2-5 in the Big Women’s Match-up. Freeman earned the strap last August winning a (UD) victory over Maria Nava while Jackson is looking for her first victory in nine months. Regardless of the outcome this is most certainly going to be a massive beat down with Freeman predicting a third round stoppage. We shall see if the pugilist princess has what it takes to deliver the goods.

The big guy is signing sealing and has been delivering some serious pain to the heavyweight class and come fight night in the Special Feature Bout the undefeated heavy handed Oklahoman “Big” Rick Dryer 6-0 (6 KO’s) looks to continue his knock out win streak when he faces off against Jeremiah Constant 0-6 who on the flip side has been stopped in his six pro bouts by knockout. Dryer is 6’9” and weighs around the three hundred mark so when he utilizes his size and strength it is a bad combination for his opponents. Turning pro just over a year ago Dryer has demolished his foes with those big hams he totes around, five of his bouts have ended in the opening bell while the other throw down lasted three. In his last go around which was on the under card of the Shannon Briggs bash on the All Heavyweight Slug Out I seen this guy first hand lay out his opponent with a jab breaking Dale Ortiz’s nose in the process. All though his opponent doesn’t appear to be as threatening as most the kid has nothing to lose and that usually provides an in your face wild fight that all the fans can appreciate.

In a middleweight smash “The Hammer” returns with a vengeance when www.fighters-of-faith.com representative Josh Hammock 3-0 (2 KO’s) takes center stage in a much anticipated rematch against Joey Kaczmarek. Their first go around last August Hammock was taking his pupil to school when he sustained a right knee injury that required surgery. The bout was ruled a No Contest due to the injury but in the rematch Hammock states confidently it will end in KO, actually the power puncher told the Doghouse it isn’t going to last a minute. With a Mixed Martial Arts back ground and an intense work ethic the middleweight prospect plans on administering some serious pain and looks to continue his run to the top to drop the prospect title and make it to the contender ship level, stay tuned.

Super Middleweight Delray Rains 5-0 (3 KO’s) returns to continue the win streak when he faces off against Roderick Miller 0-2 in a four round bash, the Super Middleweight knock out sensation Justin Flanagan 3-0 (3 KO’s) stares down Dominique Azeez 0-2. Hard hitting heavyweight prospect Steven Lewallen 2-0 (2 KO’s) will once again face Douglas Eubanks 0-2 whom Lewallen rocked and stopped in the opening round their last go around and Eubanks wants revenge. WEBA Straweight champion Sarah Goodson 16-14-1 (5 KO’s) will be making an appearance after coming off an impressive win over Gina Abel last weekend and will face TBA. The card will also feature Mike Dobbs 8-14 (7 KO’s) who will be taking on Charles Slater 0-1 in a lightweight showdown while Chris Ray 1-1 will compete in a cruiserweight clash against Scott Polk 0-5 and “Kid Thunder” Andrew Hartley 0-4 will be looking for his first W in his short career when he faces Ben Sons in a middleweight face off.

To fire the fights off for the night Promoter/Manager/Fighter Stacy “Goodnight” Goodson 37-33-2 (20 KO’s) in his own words, “I’m going to retire this guy!” will be going at it against the Midwest Heavyweight Champion Marvin “The River City Raider” Hill 18-9 (14 KO’s) in a heavyweight clash. Hill who has faced the likes of Shannon Briggs and Dominick Guinn is coming in with an eight-fight knock out win streak, five in the first round, so needless to say somebody is going down!

Goodnight Club Fights is really bringing the heat with its recent slew of fights and it appears Goodson is going to continue his entertaining extravaganza as time goes by. I have been ringside for a few as will be others and I will say this, it is a blast! So if you are around the Fort Smith, Arkansas area swing on down cause the night’s Slug Out is going to be one heck of a show, don’t miss it!
