Dear Mr. Sulaiman and Lenhardt,

I have read your public comments about the WBC possibly conducting an investigation into the past use of performance enhancing drugs by boxer Shane Mosley.

I can assure you that there is a substantial amount of evidence regarding Shane Mosley knowlingly using performancing enhancing drugs before his world championship fight with Oscar De La Hoya in September of 2003.

If the WBC is serious about conducting a full investigation of this matter, then I may possibly assist you in obtaining evidence in the case.

Hopefully, the WBC will decide to make a reasonable effort to determine the facts of the matter and take appropriate action.
