On Saturday Floyd Mayweather Jr. faces off against Juan Manuel Marquez at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada. Catch the action on HBO Pay-Per-View starting at 9pm ET/6pm PT. Check your local cable or satellite provider for more details.

The following prediction is by Dog Pound Member, Chewbie: Floyd Mayweather Jr. will start out cautiously using his jab and movement. Despite the layoff he's still able to beat Juan Manuel Marquez to the punch (if Diaz could, then FMJ will), however, JMM will pressure him early.

Juan Manuel Marquez (JMM) will win the majority of the first 5 rounds before Floyd Mayweather Jr. (FMJ) gets finds his rhythm and begins timing JMM.

JMM will have some spurts in the middle rounds where he will unleash a reckless barrage of counters every time FMJ tries to walk him down to throw a lead power shot. But FMJ will begin to win rounds more convincingly and wear JMM down.

FMJ will get a warning for punching and holding JMM's head down with his elbow. But his size will wear the smaller JMM down and FMJ will win by closer-than-expected decision (the judges won't like his efficient, defensive style or the grabbing).
