Is Al Haymon bad for boxing? Oscar De La Hoya seems to think so. According to De La Hoya, he believes the model that Haymon has created with the Premier Boxing Champions series will in turn ultimately harm the long term future of boxing.

Regarding his feelings towards Haymon, Golden Boy Promotions founder Oscar De La Hoya says: "They have to think long term. A lot of people aren't recognizing what this man is doing with his company."
