Jim Lampley's Accuser's last Husband refused to Sleep with her

According to a report by TMZ, Candice Sanders might want to think twice about getting hitched, or engaged again. Sanders, the 2003 Miss California USA Beauty Queen was married before she was engaged to Jim Lampley. She was married to man who wouldn't sleep with her.

TMZ broke the news first that Sanders, the 2003 Miss California USA, accused sportscaster Jim Lampley of abuse that included repeatedly throwing her against a wall on New Year's Eve. She had Lampley arrested.

TMZ obtained court documents that annulled Sander's marriage to, Marlon Muller, a Jehovah's Witness who refused to have "marital sexual relations" with her.

TMZ further reports the papers charge that Muller committed in the marriage "fraud". The fraud charge comes because Muller did not give up his religion after their wedding and to top it off, wouldn't have sex with the Beauty Queen.

The court agreed with Sanders and annulled the marriage after just six months. Lampley, for his part, has denied Sanders' allegations, and hasn't acknowledged that he is (or was) engaged to Sanders.

Lampley has denied the charges laid against him by Sanders and has not publically said he was engaged to Sanders.
