Boxing Notes: All indications it's Manny Pacquiao vs Miguel Cotto, Victor Ortiz vs Andre Berto a Tough Sell?

All indications are that Manny Pacquiao will
face Miguel Cotto again on June 9th. Honestly, this has a ’been there,
done that’ feel to it, doesn’t it? I’d rather see some new, fresh
match-ups like Pacquiao against the likes of Tim Bradley.
I have a feeling that the Feb. 11th bout between Victor Ortiz and
Andre Berto is having a tough time selling at the MGM Grand as once
again they are offering their VIP’s free room and tickets for that
weekend.
This is a good fight, but honestly, putting it in Las Vegas
seemed to be a lazy and uninspired move from Golden Boy Promotions and
Al Haymon.
