Manny Pacquiao vs Juan Manuel Marquez a Done Deal - Arum confirms

The third edition of Manny Pacquiao vs. Juan Manuel Marquez is a done deal for November 12th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, according to Bob Arum, who told Maxboxing on Tuesday afternoon that Marquez had signed his deal and that, "Golden Boy has signed off on the whole thing. There’s no longer any conflict, any problems regarding Marquez."
Marquez is planning to take a tune-up fight in Mexico City on July 2nd; the name of David Diaz has been thrown around. .
