I'll say it right now; Ryan Rhodes is a live, live dog against Saul Alvarez this weekend on HBO. Plenty of boxing this weekend; “Friday NightFights” on ESPN2 has Fernando Guerrero facing Grady Brewer; “Solo Boxeo” on Telefutura has Omar Figueroa and Gary Russell Jr...

On Saturday night, in addition to the HBO “Boxing After Dark” card in Guadalajara, Fox Deportes has a “Top Rank Live” card featuring Miguel Vazquez and Giovani Segura from Toluca, Mexico. Say what you want about Fernando Beltran, his guys do stay active...

Arum stated that he is working on a November doubleheader, featuring two rematches in Orlando Salido-“JuanMa” Lopez and Jorge Arce-Wilfredo Vazquez Jr. This card would take place in Puerto Rico. If that's the case, this could be my first trip to the island...
