With it looking more and more like Mikkel Kessler going in the direction of WBO super middleweight beltholder Robert Stieglitz and not IBF champion Lucian Bute, Glen Johnson (who just lost to Carl Froch in the semifinals of Showtime's “Super Six”) could be in line to get that assignment. Kelly Pavlik, who just got back into the ring in early May after a lengthy hiatus, has also been tossed around.

I'm told that the return of Bute at the Bell Centre in Montreal is scheduled for November 5^th.
