According to Bobby Jones Promotions, should Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. (35-0, 28 KO) and Jesus “El Martillo” Gonzales (23-1, 13 KO) win their upcoming matches, the two will be lined up for a clash later this year. This would certainly be the toughest test of Chavez’s career. Chavez faces Italy’s Giuseppe Loria (24-0, 6 KO) on Saturday in Queretaro, Mexico, and Gonzales faces Durrell Richardson (10-1, 4 KO) May 1 in Houston.
