Williams vs Quintana Update

The February 9 WBO title fight between Paul Williams and Carlos Quintana has found a site as the bout lands at the Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula, Ca. At this point, there is no word yet on an undercard or co-feature.

"We just finalized the site," says promoter Dan Goossen. "Now we begin the process of filling everything else in.

"Everything else could include super middleweight title holder Andre Ward and heavyweight contender Chris Arreola. "

Being that the card is in California, that helps. That helps a lot," says Goossen. "We'll have to see where they fit in. If it's just one or hopefully both."

At this point, it is not known if HBO (who is televising the fight) will feature one or two bouts.
